Oral comprehension - You still cannot think in the language.. You have an extensive vocabulary and you understand most expressions.
Speaking - You can talk about everyday subjects without trouble. You speak almost fluently, but you have problem with specialist vocabulary. You are able to understand unknown content.
Reading - You are able to read almost all texts (if not too specialised) from the newspaper. You understand texts connected with your occupation.
Writing - You still have problems with writing, but you are able to write professional correspondence or write a presentation of your business. You know and you can use most of the grammar rules.

The person using the language at this level can understand with ease virtually everything heard or read. Can summarize information from other sources, written or spoken in a coherent set of arguments and explanations. Can express thoughts very fluently, spontaneously and precisely, differentiating finer shades of meaning even in more complex situations.Skills at the level of native language users.
